Location
The land is in a rural, but accessible, location in the hamlet of Millers Green which lies just to the south of the town of Wirksworth. The property is approx. 4.6 miles from the centre of Matlock to the north, and 7.7 miles from Ashbourne to the south west.

Directions
From Matlock town centre head south on the A6 for almost 3 miles, passing through Matlock Dale and Matlock Bath. Turn right at the junction for Cromford and continue along the B5036, straight into Wirksworth town centre. Follow the road through, merging onto the B5023 and heading towards Millers Green. Bear right onto Millers Green and continue along that road for approx. 800 yards, where Lot 1 will be situated in front of you at the crossroads, just off Callow Lane on the right. For Lot 2, continue a little further and the land is on the right hand side with two access points.

Money Laundering Regulations 2017

Deposits and Completion
The successful purchaser will be required to pay a deposit of 10% of the sale price upon the fall of the hammer. Please note that proof of identification must also be provided to comply with the Money Laundering Regulations 2017. The signing of the Contract of Sale and 10% deposit is legally binding on both parties and completion will occur within 28 days thereafter, unless stated otherwise at the auction.
