The land is situated in a rural location near to the village of Alton, with good access to the surrounding villages. The land lies approximately 5.5 miles to the north of Market Town of Matlock, 6 miles to the south of the Market Town of Chesterfield and 11 miles to the east of Market Town of Bakewell. Directions:
To locate the land, from Matlock take the A632 towards Chesterfield. Continue along the road down Slack Hill into Kelstedge.
