Location
The land is situated in a rural location near to the villages of Alton and Ashover, with good access to the surrounding villages. The land is 1.2 miles from Ashover, 0.5 miles of Alton and 5.5 miles from Chesterfield. The land lies just outside of the Peak District National Park with far reaching views.

Directions
From Chesterfield, head south along the A61. Continue along the A61 out of Chesterfield and continue straight over the next two roundabouts. At the third roundabout in Old Tupton, take the third exit onto Ashover Road at the Tupton Tap pub. Continue along the road for approximately 2 miles, then turn right onto Tinkley Lane and the land will be on the right hand side indicated by our For Sale board with the entrance gate being on the bend.

Deposits and Completion
The successful purchaser will be required to pay a deposit of 10% of the sale price upon the fall of the hammer. Please note that proof of identification must also be provided to comply with the Money Laundering Regulations 2017. The signing of the Contract of Sale and 10% deposit is legally binding on both parties and completion will occur within 56 days thereafter, unless stated otherwise at the auction. Conditions of Sale
The Conditions of Sale will be deposited at the office of the Auctioneers seven days prior to the sale and will not be read at the sale.
