Location
The barn and land are situated in a rural location near to the small village of Priestcliffe, that lies within the Peak District National Park. Local facilities are available within the neighbouring village of Taddington, whilst a wider range of village amenities are available in the nearby village of Tideswell. Whilst being situated in a rural situation it is very accessible with the barn being 6.5 miles to the west of market town of Bakewell and 6.5 miles to the south of spa town of Buxton. There are many nearby local walks, bridleways and trails in the surrounding area within the Peak Park, excellent for those with equestrian interests.

Directions
From Bakewell, head north out of the Town along the A6 heading towards Buxton. Continue past Ashford in the Water and up onto the dual carriageway. At the end of the dual carriageway, take the first right hand turning signposted for Priestcliffe onto Hollow O’the Moor. Continue past the properties on the left and then take the right hand turning onto Priestcliffe Road. Continue through the village and onto Broadway Lane which is a hardcore track. Continue past the property on the right and then the track splits. For Lots 3, 4 and 5 take the right hand lane and continue down the hill and around a sharp left hand bend and up the hill. Lot 3 will be found first and the lots 4 and 5 shortly after all on the right hand side.

Description
A traditional two storey stone barn positioned just off the lane, leading into a spacious plot with an entrance gate and grass area to the front situated in a rural location with far reaching countryside views. The barn internally on the ground floor is separated into a number of rooms. The first floor is accessed by an external stone stair case leading to a number of rooms. Viewing
Viewings can be undertaken at any reasonable time in daylight hours while in possession of a set of these particulars. Upon viewing the barn, please do not attempt to enter the first floor as the structural safety of the floor is unknown. Please ensure the barn doors are closed on exit. Livestock may be grazing within the fields and therefore please do not take dogs on viewings and ensure all gates are closed at all times.
