Location
The land is situated in rural location, yet in close proximity to the popular spa town of Buxton (3.1 miles), with stunning views over the surrounding countryside. Nearby towns and villages also include Chapel-en-le-Frith to the north (4.6 miles), Longnor to the south (5.4 miles) and Bakewell to the east (8.8 miles).

Directions
From Buxton town centre, head north west on the A53 Station Road, with the train station on your left hand side. Continue over the next two roundabouts, staying on the A53. Then, take the first exit at the roundabout onto the A6, signposted for Stockport. Climb the hill for approximately 900 yards, then turn right onto Waterswallows Road. Stay along that road for approximately a mile before turning right onto an unnamed road, merging onto Daisymere Lane. Continue along the narrow country lane for approximately a mile and the property will be found on your right hand side, identified by our ‘For Sale’ boards. Access to the land is via a narrow country lane.

A small portion of the land to the west (4.85 acres) is classified as The Wye Valley SSSI (Sites of Special Scientific Interest), down to part woodland and part grassland and is sat in a sloping valley.
