Location
The parcels of land are situated on the edge of the sought after village of Castleton that lies within the heart of the Peak District National Park. Local facilities are available within the village including a village hall with village shops, post office, public houses, restaurants and a Church. The nearby market towns offer a wider range of facilities including supermarkets, high street shops, restaurants and secondary schools. Directions
From the centre of Castleton at the Visitors Centre, head east along the A6187 past the Bulls Head Hotel and then follow the road around a sharp left hand bend and then just before the right hand bend turn left (straight ahead) onto Hollowford Road. Follow the road past residential properties and over the bridge, then just after the Castleton burial ground on the right, is Lot 1. Continue along the road to where the road splits and Lot 2 is located next to the entrance into the Hollowford Centre. Lot 3 will be found on the opposite side of the road to Lot 2. Continue past Lot 2 and 3 and take the left hand turning following Hollowford Road for approx. half a mile and Lot 4 will be found on the left hand side, all indicated by our For Sale boards.

Method of Sale

Deposits and Completion
The successful purchaser will be required to pay a deposit of 10% of the sale price upon the fall of the hammer. Please note that proof of identification must also be provided to comply with the Money Laundering Regulations 2003. The signing of the Contract of Sale and 10% deposit is legally binding on both parties and completion will occur within 28 days thereafter, unless stated otherwise at the auction. The Conditions of Sale will be deposited at the office of the Auctioneers seven days prior to the sale and will not be read at the sale.
