Situation
The land is situated on The Fosse Way at Princethorpe - to the north of the village, but south of Stretton on Dunsmore. The land benefits from excellent transport links with The Fosse Way linking the A45 London Road/M1 and the M40 at Banbury. The town of Rugby is approximately 8 miles to the north east, and approximately 9 miles south of the City of Coventry.
