General Description
A single parcel of undulating pasture with a small area of under-grazed woodland extending to 1.29 hectares (3.19 acres) in total.

The pasture is predominantly species-rich semi-natural grassland with small areas of bracken. A small paddock area has been created in the centre with post and wire fencing.

The woodland comprises mature oaks and scrub on an area of limestone rock extending to approximately 0.3 hectares (0.74 acres) and some mature conifers at the northern end of the parcel.

The boundaries are a mixture of dry-stone walls and stock fencing which are largely stock-proof although there are odd wall gaps.

Access is directly from the public highway via double metal gates.

The land slopes fairly steeply downhill from the entrance gates and is gently undulating at the northern end.

The land benefits from a natural water supply.
