The land is located just 3 miles to the North East of Kemplay Bank roundabout at Penrith giving good access to the A6, A66 and the M6.

Directions
From Kemplay Bank roundabout on the A66 take the A686 signposted Alston. Turn left onto Carlton Hill Road signposted Roundthorn, continue on Carleton Hill Road for 0.7 mils then turn left onto Beaconside. Take the first road on your right signposted Roundthorn/Luham. The land is located on your left hand side after 1.3 miles.
