The land will be offered for sale by Public Auction (subject to the condition of sale and/or prior sale) on Friday 23rd February 2024 and will commence promptly at 3pm at Halls Holdings House, Bowmen Way, Battlefield, Shrewsbury, Shropshire, SY4 3DR
Completion will be set for 28 days after the auction date of the 25th March 2024. The Vendor and their agent reserve the right to withdraw or divide the property and vary the sale method of required.

BUYER'S PREMIUM
A buyer's premium of 2.5% with a minimum fee of £2,500 plus VAT is applicable to paid to the vendors solicitor on the night of the auction.

CONDITIONS OF SALE
