Stable View is a rare opportunity to purchase a ‘ready to go’ equestrian unit with 21.24 acres, 25 stables, an arena and further buildings for feed and tack storage. The house, which overlooks the stables, is a barn conversion and has three bedrooms with a fourth bedroom on the ground floor, however this could be used as a further reception room if desired.

The Land
The 21.24 acres of grassland is south of the house and is held as 2 enclosures. The land is currently split into various paddocks using temporary fencing. The grass is good quality and well maintained and the larger enclosure is cut for hay. The boundaries are mainly post and wire with hedges in places.

Stable Blocks and Buildings
There are 25 stables in total in three blocks. Block one has 9 stables and is steel framed with a fibre cement roof, concrete floor and part Yorkshire board and part breezeblock walls. One of the stables is currently in use as a lockable tack room. Block two has 7 stables and is of the same construction as block one and there is a final block of 9 stables. The stables benefit from a water and electricity supply.Opposite the stable block there is a large timber framed building measuring approximately 10m x 27m, with part Yorkshire boarding and part breeze block construction with a box profile roof. Currently used for hay storage, the floor is part concrete and part earth. At one end of the stable block there is a further storage shed with a WC which could be used for tack storage and livery use. See the building plan enclosed with these particulars for further details.

Arena
There is a rubber and sand arena measuring approximately 40m x 20m.
