Location
The land at Woodhouses is located off the B5016 between the villages of Yoxall and Barton under Needwood. It is situated approximately 6 miles west of the town of Burton upon Trent; and 6 miles North of the City of Lichfield.

Directions
From Lichfield head north on the A38, taking the Barton Under Needwood junction off the dual carriageway and following signs to Barton Under Needwood village. Drive straight through the village along the B5016 heading towards Yoxall. Carry on past the "Little India" restaurant and approximately quarter a mile further along the road, Lot 1 is on the right hand side as indicated by our "For Sale" board. To reach Lots 2 and 3, carry on over the brow of the hill and take the first turning on the right along Sich Lane. Rights of Way, Easements, Wayleaves
Lot 1 is crossed by a private water easement to Hollyhurst House and has a septic tank easement in place for Hollyhurst Lodge.

There is no right of access along the driveway of Hollyhurst House to Lot 1.

Lot 3 is crossed by a public footpath. The largest of the fields in Lot 3 also has an easement for the benefit of Hollyhurst House for private sewage.
