The land is located off Royal Oak Lane in the village of Ash Green in the Nuneaton and Bedworth borough of Warwickshire. The land is situated to the north of Ash Green Village and south of the M6 Motorway. Ash Green village benefits from schooling provisions, a village pub and convenience stores, albeit more extensive services can be found in the market town of Bedworth and the city of Coventry.

Description
