From Whaley Bridge train station, head south along Buxton Road A5004. Continue to the staggered crossroads and turn right onto the B5470 Macclesfield Road. Deposits and Completion:
The successful purchaser will be required to pay a deposit of 10% of the sale price upon the fall of the hammer.
