The property is located directly off the A5, 3.8 miles from Gailey Island, south of the village of Wheaton Aston and approximately 6 miles south west of the market town of Penkridge. It is situated 8 miles east of Shifnal and 10 miles south east of Newport.
From Gailey island, head westbound on the A5 and continue for 3.8 miles, proceeding under the Stretton Aqueduct. Roadside access into Lot 1 is on the left hand side immediately after a belt of trees. The land can be identified by a Bagshaws 'For Sale' board.
