Location
The land is situated north of the centre of the town of Rugeley just off Station Road via a private track.

The property is situated off Station Road which provides further access to A51, A460, A5, M6 Toll and A38 and is in a very accessible position on the edge of the town.

Directions
From the centre of Rugeley, head North East on Elmore Lane (B5013) for approximately 0.4 miles. At the roundabout take the first exit left and immediately at the next roundabout take the second exit right, on to Station Road (B5013).

Continue along Station Road (B5013) for approximately 0.1 mile where the entrance of the Trent and Mersey Canal tow path is located on the left as indicated by our ‘For Sale’ board.

Follow the track running alongside the Trent and Mersey Canal tow path for approximately 0.2 miles where the property is located at the end of the track as indicated by our ‘For Sale’ board.
