Location
The land is situated in a small, rural location near to the hamlet of Ughill and with good access to the surrounding towns of High Bradfield (1.8 miles), Penistone (10.7 miles) and Bamford (7.2 miles). Sheffield city centre is just under 7 miles to the east. The land is within the Peak District National Park with far reaching views over the countryside.

Directions
From the village of Bamford, head north along the Ashopton Road A6013, continuing over the reservoir bridge and upto the traffic lights. At the junction turn right, signposted for Sheffield, onto the A57. Continue along that road for approximately 1.7 miles, before turning left onto Mortimer Road and signposted for Strines Moor. After approx. 900 yards take a right onto Sugworth Road and follow the winding road for 2.3 miles, Lot 3 will be on your left hand side, indicated by our ‘For Sale’ board. Continue past Lot 3 for 800 yards, and turn left onto Ughill Road, where entrances to Lot 1 and 2 can both be found, indicated by our ‘For Sale’ boards.

Conditions of Sale:
The Conditions of Sale will be deposited at the office of the Auctioneers seven days prior to the sale and will not be read at the sale.
