Far Gill Moor Farm takes full advantage of its rural
setting with extensive views over the surrounding
countryside towards Harrogate, on the edge of
the picturesque Nidderdale Area of Outstanding
Natural Beauty. Close to the historic Brimham Rocks
the location belies its convenience being some 10
miles from extensive facilities in Harrogate with the

Abbey. The commercial centres of West Yorkshire

Description
The farmstead comprises a detached derelict stone
farmhouse with a historic planning permission
for extension and conversion into the adjoining
outbuildings and an attached barn to create a
wonderful individual home extending to some
5000 sq ft. Various works were undertaken at the
time that constituted a material start, and as such
the original planning approval is considered to
be live. The setting affords a high degree of privacy
and seclusion that would be complimentary to a
property of such calibre with the holding included
amenity woodland and otherwise being predominantly
grassland, gently sloping and ideal for grazing. Within
the immediate farmstead there is a substantial
general purpose agricultural building and the majority
of the land sitting either side of the private
driveway approach.
Overall the property stands in almost 83 acres and is
offered for sale as a whole or in 3 lots.
