DESCRIPTION
The field comprises approximately 0.43 acres of level grassland but has not been grazed recently. There is no mains water in the field, however, we understand the mains is in the road. We understand that the main entrance is off Haywood Lane, off the A529.

LOCATION
The land is situated in the centre of the picturesque village of Woodseaves and only a short journey away from the popular market town of Market Drayton.

PLANNING
Currently the land is not in a settlement where new open market housing is supported. However, it is likely that the site would meet the location criteria for an Affordable Home (in Shropshire Council's policy), subject to the applicant going through the Council's application process.
